regulations shall be effective April 2, 1961. Amendments and revisions shall be effective as
of the dates specified in each.
022 Superseded Regulations The regulations contained herein shall supersede the Standardized Regulations (Government Civilians, Foreign Areas) of June 1953, as revised and amended.
